FESTIVE SALAD AND TABLE SETTING INSPIRATION
MOMENTS:
Autumn in Northern California means we’re heading into delicious farm-to-table citrus! Fresh Mandarian Oranges are plentiful, and the ripening of Navel Oranges and grapefruit are just around the corner, making it the perfect time to include them in colorful holiday salads.
I love adding fresh citrus to mixed-greens, pickled red onions, dried cranberries, feta cheese, locally sourced nuts, and fresh squeezed orange vinaigrette, paired with a side of artisan bread.
