“In my Google search for kitchen island layouts, I stumbled upon Tami Faulkner’s site. I am a general contractor and have built quite a few single family homes. Because I rushed the planning process for the latest house, I ended up with a couple of areas that I felt needed tweaking and was looking for a second opinion on kitchen and powder room layout without changing the house footprint or window locations.
